Fort Smith native Phillip Person has been in the production business since 1999.  In 2004, he earned his BFA from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena Ca. After graduation, he spent time gaining experience in the production industry, including time with Dreamworks and Jerry Bruckheimer Films. Phillip returned home to Fort Smith about 10 years ago and has found success working as freelance director and editor.

We will get the opportunity to view his award winning short documentary, “I Am We” about local Fort Smith artist, Ryan Starkey, and his visually stunning short film featuring images of Fort Smith.

After the viewing, Phillip will be on hand to answer your questions.

Phillip is also a part of Lip Dub Fort Smith. The Vision of Lip Dub Fort Smith is to break the Guinness World Record for the single largest lip syncing event. As a part of Fort Smith’s Bicentennial Celebration, we will create a viral video promoting Fort Smith as a world-class city.”

This promises to be a fun, interesting afternoon!
